Terms and Conditions:

1. First fill in this form to start the order process


2. I'm based in Centurion, so if you are far away and not willing to pickup in Centurion, please choose one of the postal options as delivery method.


3. After I've received the info you've submitted here, I will send you an email with an exact quotation/estimate for what you'd like to order.
4. Cushion dimensions are 40cm x 40cm (square).
5. I can also make any other custom size if required.
6. Printing is double-sided (either duplicate sides or different).
7. Design can either be a single image or multiple images arranged as a collage.
8. For collage I'll first do the graphic design and send the proof to you for approval before I submit it for printing

9. There might be a design fee charged, depending on the amount of time spent on finalizing designs.


10. On acceptance of the quote:
    - Please send me all photographs in as high-resolution as possible, using WeTransfer (email to: vipgifts@evolvingconcepts.co.za)


11. A minimum of 50% deposit is required to finalize your order - EFT
12. The balance will be due before pick-up / delivery.


13. Then all that's left is to enjoy that delighted face when they open your very special and unique present!

   - I'll do the graphic design and send the proof to you for approval.


5. On graphics approval I'll render you an invoice on which I'll require full payment via EFT to a Standard Bank Cheque Account, before I can send in the order.
   I also have to make full payment on order.


6. It could take anywhere between one to two weeks for me to have the physical product.


7. You can then pickup from Centurion by appointment, or else I can send with postage/courier.
